Return Policy

At Foama, we are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand, however, that there may be occasions when you need to return an item. Our return policy is designed to be transparent and to ensure a fair process for all returns.

Defective Products:

  • Eligibility for Return: If you receive a defective product, you are eligible to return the item within 7 days of receiving it.
  • Return Process: Please contact our customer service team at orders@foama.ca to initiate the return process for a defective item. We will require photographic evidence of the defect and may ask for additional information to process your return.
  • Return Shipping: We will be responsible for the return shipping costs of defective products. A prepaid shipping label will be provided to you for this purpose.
  • Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the returned defective product and confirm the defect, you will have the option to either receive a full refund, including the initial shipping costs, or exchange the product at no additional charge.

Returns Due to Customer Preference:

  • Eligibility for Return: If you wish to return a product due to personal preference rather than a defect, you may do so within 7 days of receipt.
  • Condition of Returned Product: The product must be returned in its original condition, with all packaging and accessories included. Products that have been used, altered, or damaged will not be eligible for a return based on preference.
  • Return Process: Contact our customer service team to initiate the return. Please note that in these cases, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the product is returned to us safely.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs when a product is returned due to preference. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product reaches us.
  • Refund: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please note that the initial shipping costs are non-refundable for returns based on customer preference.

Additional Information:

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the returned product does not meet our return policy criteria. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5 days of receiving the returned product. Please include your order number and personal details with your return to help us process it efficiently.
