Why should I choose Foama?

First and foremost we were customers for many years. We learnt from the good and bad of other manufactures, and decided to create a product as a solution to our issues. We promise to listen to your problems and to make every case truly fit your needs in a both practical, protective and aesthetic ways! Why should I design custom foam?

Hard foam is the most protective and secure option to storing and transporting sensitive equipment. By designing a custom layout, not only do you ensure your equipments safety but you also minimize your footprint by neatly storing it in as few places as possible.

How do I start designing foam?

How long do I have to wait for my custom foam?

If it’s a pre-designed build, we’ll ship between 3-5 business days.

If it’s a custom design, it depends on a few factors such as the complexity and quantity of foam you are designing. It can take roughly between 5 business days to two weeks. This excludes larger quantities and bulk orders, please contact us for a unique time-frame. 

What if I add to my kit after I design a custom case?

As professionals we understand that our gear evolves with us. If there are any mods to your personal kit, the custom foam insert will no longer fit your equipment but the hard-case will. At Foama, we want to grow with our customers, which is why we offer a one of kind upgrade program to our loyal customers. Stay tuned on the launch of our upgrade program. Coming in 2020! 

Do I have to buy a case with my foam?

No! You can purchase foam with or without the case, or the case without the foam. Feel free to bring your own case, or feel free to directly purchase from us. We’re an official reseller for both Pelican and Nanuk cases! 

What does the warranty policy cover?

Our foam inserts have a 2 year warranty; for FOAMA’s warranty information please read here. Pelican and Nanuk cases have a lifetime warranty. 

Can I make changes to or cancel my orders?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. No cancellation can be made after the order is in process; because it does take time for our engineers to create designs with you, however modifications are permitted up until your orders goes into physical production. 

Can I return a product?

Foama accepts returns within 7 days of purchases on all hard cases. We accept returns on custom cases within 7 days ONLY if there is a design fault or problem with the build. Please contact us explaining your issue and attach a photograph illustrating the said issue. 

Will I receive a tracking number with my order?

Yes! FOAMA will send a shipping confirmation e-mail as soon as your order ships.
