Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.
How long have you been in business?
Foam was established in 2005.
What currency do you charge?
USD and CAD.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Where do you Ship From?
Our Production facility is located in Markham Ontario, Canada. Most of the cases are shipped from this facility.
How Long will it take for my package to arrive? (free shipping option)
For Custom made orders, our current turnaround time is about 3-5 weeks from design confirmation.
For other cases, as you checkout on our website, you choose the timing of delivery in the shipping section.
However, depending on where we need to ship:
- Ontario and Quebec (Montreal) usually about 2-3 business days.
- BC and Alberta usually about 4-5 Business Days.
- Other Provinces generally about 3-4 Business Days.
What if there is no one home to accept the package when the package arrives?
All shipments over $100 are signature required. That means if no one is present to accept and sign for the package, the package will be sent to the closest Canada Post location to be picked up at your convenience. Also, a notice will be left to notify you of the location of the package.
Do you ship products to the USA?
Absolutely. We ship sell and ship orders across the globe. Also, all orders above $1000 ship free of charge.
What if I wanted to return the case?
We currently do not accept returns on custom inserts.
All other cases come with a 15-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund. Please note that the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Is your online checkout system secure?
Absolutley. Your payment information as well as your private contact details are safe and secure.
What Tax Rate do you charge?
When ordering online, Sales Taxes are charged based on the billing and/or shipping address. Once you have input your Billing/Shipping address, the system will automatically adjust for that province's taxes accordingly.

How Do I Order My Own Custom Designed Insert/Case?

How much does it cost to order a customized designed case?
This depends heavily on the size of the case and the design, which in turn will determine the cost of raw material and the labour time for manufacturing.
Can I send you my own measurements to use for design?
Technically yes, but please note, if we are not able to scan your equipment and design based on those scans, we will not take any responsibility for the finished product and the fit.
Can I use my own hardcase?
We prefer to use our own Hardcases because we are able to scan the interior for accurate measurements and fit. In some instances, we can work with your hardcase for certain projects.
Are there any design revisions?
Yes, we can revise a design to accommodate your request. We allow 2 revisions.
What if I'm not close to you. Can I send my equipment in for scanning?
Yes Absolutely. That is usually the best way to ensure the final design and fit is perfect for your equipment.
What Foam do you use?
For the inserts, we use the best EVA Cross link foam that we can possibly source in the market. For the lids, we use PU foams.
Can I have engraving done on the lid?
Absolutely. There is an extra charge though.
